Tenant Application Form

Looking for a new home to rent and don’t want to miss out?

You can save time by completing a tenancy application beforehand and have it ready to provide on the day of inspection. (If you decide you would like to apply for the property).

Please include the following in addition to the application form:

• Copy of your drivers license
• Copy of your passport photo
• Relevant work pay slips
• Written references (personal and professional)
• Relevant bank statements
• Copy of your previous or current lease front page

Or any other information that you feel will assist you in obtaining the property. Please note: if you are unsuccessful in your application with a property we will inform you and with your permission, keep your application on file for a short duration until you find a suitable rental property with us or another agency. We will then dispose of this information for your privacy upon your instructions or a suitable time, whichever comes first.

This may seem like an excess of information, but history shows us that the greater prepared a tenant is, (1). they are more likely to be the successful applicant and (2). they are more likely to be a better tenant with rental payments and maintaining a property to a high standard.

Most rental properties are open for inspections (20-minute inspection blocks of time) usually on Saturdays 9.30 – 3.00pm, and by appointment during the week. Please check our website for open times or call an Elevate agent to book a private inspection time (subject to tenant vacancy).
