Dear Daniel and Elevate team, The sale of my property at Marrickville for a good price ended successfully with the settlement on 26 November, 2015. It lasted two months and a week, starting from 19 September, 2015 when I signed the contract with Daniel. During the sale, Daniel and his team including Carol and Mimi provided good professional services including the pre-sale investigation, recommendations on renovations, styling, first price offer and promotions. Daniel is a hardworking manager with his team. He worked for the vendor even during his ten days’ holiday. Daniel is patient with and considerate towards the vendor, especially when I have difficult times and hesitate about the sale. In general, Daniel and his team are trustworthy during the dale. I am satisfied with what they have done for me in the sale.
